Initial Codex / Claude Code Convergence

Shared Conclusion
The first version should be a custom local-first recursive research engine. Markdown and JSONL should be the durable knowledge store. Agent outputs should be attributed so that convergence between AI researchers can itself become part of the research signal.
Codex Additions
- Make original ideas the core product.
- Require epistemic labels.
- Require critique before promotion.
- Keep future support for vector and structured indexes.
Claude Code Additions
- Emphasize Git as memory.
- Use convergence weighting as reward signal.
- Begin with cartography before synthesis.
